What are cookies
Cookies are small pieces of text, usually just an ID, stored on your device by a website. They last from just a few minutes to a couple of years. By using cookies, sites can recognise you which allows them to offer personalised features (e.g. shopping baskets) and understand how people are using their site.
Which cookies do we use?
Here's a list of the cookies we use and why. We'll update this policy if we start using additional cookies in the future.
Front Chat: We use Front Chat to provide chat based support on the website. Front Chat uses essential cookies in order to improve the user experience, for example by storing details of your previous interactions over chat. You can find out more about the exact cookies used on the Front website
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to see how people are using our site – for instance, which pages are most popular and how long people spend on a page. More details about the exact cookies used can be found on the Google website.
Do you use any other local storage?
Website can also store data on your device using "local storage". We use local storage for essential functionality on the website including keeping you logged in and storing your site preferences.
How do I turn cookies off
You can turn cookies off if you like. Here are instructions for the most common browsers. Note that this may prevent you from using parts of our site or lead to unexpected behaviour.
