Absolutely. Just let us know where you want to go, and if you want the coach to stay with you. We’ll build the itinerary and get back to you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) with a quote.

If your journey is multi-day, you’ll also need to cover the cost of accommodation and food for the driver. But that’s it.

If your plans change on the day, you'll just be charged the standard hourly rate for the additional time. But there’s no fee for traffic - we build buffer time into every itinerary to account for unexpected delays.

We’ll ask for 25% of your quoted price to lock in the booking, and then the rest of the payment two weeks in advance. We’ll send a payment link by email or provide bank details in an invoice.

Plans change. We get it. Here's our cancellation policy:

• More than a week's notice: 100% refund
• More than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours notice: 25% refund

Fair for everyone, drama-free.

We’re so confident in our reliability that if we have to cancel, we’ll not only refund your full fee but pay you an additional 25% of the cost as compensation.

For delays to your pickup of more than one hour, we'll issue a refund for every hour we're late. This policy does not apply to delays or cancellations caused by situations outside of our control, such as a severe weather warning where it is not safe to drive.

We have ample storage space both in the coach hold and in the overhead racks. Whether it’s bikes, musical instruments or general bags, we can accommodate it. And if you want to leave your personal belongings onboard whilst the coach is waiting, that’s fine.

If you’re planning a trip where there will be a lot of luggage you can reach out to hire@ember.to to ensure that we have space.

Yes. For regular bookings (corporate shuttles, school runs, weekly events), we'll sort you a tailored rate that reflects the predictability. Just get in touch with your requirements.
